How to auto create MAPI profile

I've searched for some scripts, butit hasnt really turned anything up. What I'm trying to achieve is when a new user is created on our domain, usually one of the IT Staff have to login prior to the user to setup to exchange account in outlook etc, I've been it setup somewhere before where this isnt needed, As soon as a user is created in AD the username is given to the user, when they logon the mapi profile is automatically created with the correct username, exchange mailbox etc

I'm wondering what the easiest way to deploy this on my domain is. We dont use roaming profiles as I thought maybe there would need to be a edited file in the users roaming profile or something similar
