Your Outlook address cache may be corrupt. Close Outlook, and then find the Outlook.nk2 file in your profile. Delete it. You'll start back at square one the next time you open Outlook, but it should begin caching again at that point.

So inorder to try and salvage old auto complete email address I can run the utility provided? &nbsp;Should I run this utility prior to creating a new nk2 folder?

Just move the &quot;corrupted&quot; .NK2 file to a safe location. before deleting it.<br />
Then restart outlook and test that auto-complete functionality has returned (it won't until new addresses are entered)<br />
Once you see that auto complete is working again then run the above utility on the original files you moved over and use it merge with your new working nk2

also, it is something you can turn off and back on in outlook...<br />

you find it under options, preferences, e-mail options, advanced email options.<br />
the second to last check box lets you turn on or off the suggest names.
