Outlook has two 'None's <br />

One is where the Company Field exists but is empty ie nothing in it. (Company = &quot;&quot;)<br />
The other is where The Company field just doesn't exist on this item. (No Company Field Registered)<br />

Both show up as the same name (None) but in different sections.<br />
<br />
You can fix this by dragging the items from one group to the other when looking at them grouped by Company. You need to be dragging from the 'No Field' None to the Company=&quot;&quot; none. You won't know which is which so try dragging one contact one way and then the other. When the item moves from one section to the other when dragged, you've got the correct direction - you can go ahead and select all the contacts and drag them all at once to the other section .

Where I can see this would work. &nbsp;It did not work with my Outlook (2007) working with Exchange 2007. &nbsp;Is there anything else I can try?

When I view my contact list by Company it shows two sections of (none) companies. &nbsp;Why does this happen? Wouldn't all of the entries that don't have company's listed be in the same (none) section? &nbsp;Does anyone know how to get it to show only one blank company view section?
