Globla Catalog servers in other domains

I have Domain A in Site A, and Domain B in Site B. (Domain A and Domain B are in Forest A) I have also a Global Catalog server from Domain A in Site B. Does Domain A need to trust Doman B for servers in Domain B to do lookups using the Domain A Global Catalog server in Site B?
