I apoligize for the delayed response. &nbsp;I didn't specify in the initial post, but this is a laptop, model Compq 8510p. &nbsp;I will check in the bios later today for the change driver controller option.

Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed on the computer.<br />

It's brand new and it will boot up if we don't' use the RIS. &nbsp;Where should we start troubleshooting?

Hey everyone,

Just got a new HP.  Trying to pull down the flat RIS image onto it, but get the following error:

Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed on the computer.

Make sure any hard disk drives... etc

It's brand new and it will boot up if we don't' use the RIS.  Where should we start troubleshooting?
