I would like to know about some thing in hosting because I look there is big different between hosting companies about how to manage server for give best quality without negative effect on my server 
 
so my question when I have a server with high quality for example this specs: 
xeon 2.66 (16cpu) 
16 Gb ram 
HDD 2 X 1 TB 
Cpanel/whm 
 
there is more than 400 sites will be hosted on it 
what is your advices for best manage for this server ?? 
how to limit Cpu usage for each one site which best programs can I use for do that ? 
how to limit emailing for each one site which best programs can I use for do that &nbsp;? 
which programs can I use for choose better optimization of mysql + apache for exclude high cpu load ? 
 
please help me and give me better solution 
any one can give 1 solution or more
