If port 25 is blocked on the Exchange server, you can't relay emails, right?

Umm....if port 25 is blocked, you shouldn't be receiving any emails. Do you have port 443 open and are you using SSL?

Yes we are using SSL and port 443 is open for OWA.
I was unable to telnet to Exchange server through port 25 because McAfee is blocking it.

McAfee might just be blocking the telnet program, not neccessarily port 25. Because if your recieving emails, then that tells you McAfee isn't alone blocking port 25. Are you sure your being relayed? Do a test from the following website.

Is there any utility that you can test open relay from internal network?

If you pass the test, your not an open relay. You might have some sort of virus then or simply are mistaking NDR spam.

If you pass the test, why do you think your still being relayed? If your just getting a bunch of 'system undeliverable' messages in people inbox....well that is nothing more than spam. A good antispam programs should be catching this crap. GFI's MailEssentials can block this type of spam.

Hope this helps

Well, Yeah. The telnet program. Besides that, I do not know. You'd have to A) make sure the telnet service is running on your server and B) make an exception in McAfee so it doesn't block it (or temporarily disable McAfee).
