I tried to use Omnipage 15 (which has always worked) and received the error message: "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and you can access it." I have a downloaded copy of the installation files for OP15. I tried to uninstall via Control Panel, but got the same message. I then tried using the Omnipage 15 removal tool (OP15Remover.exe)--and this seemed to remove the installation, but when I try to reinstall, I get the same error message. I then download the MS Installer Cleanup Utility, but I couldn't find OmniPage 15 listed in the list of Installed Products UNLESS a program listed as [15.01.0006] happens to be OP15 (every other program listed, I could figure out). It seems as if this is some sort of Windows Installer issue. Any suggestions for a fix? Note: Windows XP Pro/Office 2003.Thank you.
