I notice when I use group policy for the wallpaper in active desktop, the icons do not fade with the background. <br />

If I don't use group policy I can easily correct this in right my computer, properties, advance, performance/settings, adjust for best performance and check use drop shadow for icon labels on desktop.<br />

But in group policy I have don't have this option
