Expending a Vista Boot Partition , How ? Possible?

Hey everyone
i installed vista a while ago on a pretty small volume (was stupid , i know) , back then i was using 64bit xp and installed it "in case of" , it was a 32 bit installation.

anyhows , things did happen , and my xp 64bit got "killed" so i started using vista 32 bit , the software compatability was much better so i didnt bother reinstalling 64 bit

im down to 4 gbs free space , and i got tons of space on this drive (on other volumes) ,
i departed 10 gbs of another volume , but , is there a way i can add it on my c drive?

here is what diskpart says , i also attached a screen shot

Volume 2 is the selected volume.

DISKPART> extend

There is not enough usable free space on specified disk(s) to extend the
volume.

A Quick Info , Partition Magic is not compatible on Vista (is it possible to boot it out of vista on a cd and do the changes?) are those changes even possible?

thanks
