EVent ID 59 Source sidebySide windows XP sp3

I have the following error messages on new Dell Computers that are being installed into a lab. I've installed Office 2003, Photo shop elements 6.0, In-Design, Acrobat Pro 9.0. With Google Earth setup.

Start Free Trial
check for folder permissions on windows folder, system32 folder and winsxs
folder. The user, authenticated user, administrator etc permissions should be
checked.

For future users:

Installing the microsoft visual c++ redistributable should fix this.  It just needs the libraries.
