Windows Terminal Server 2003 printer problems

I have a windows server 2003 terminal server that users access to run certain databases.  They use RDP to connect to the server and their printers used to map locally when the local resrouces was selected.  The office cannot get any printers to come over to the server from the local machine using RDP. I can use their credentials from my computer and all my local printers map perfectly and I can print from the server to my network printer at my office.  I have searched for answers everywhere and need help finding a solution to this problem.

Try to logon to a nonfunction client with adminstrator's credentials.
Rdp to the server and check if printers are ok.
Disconnect rdp and logoff
Now try to logon as a user.
Rdp to server with user's credentials
Printers should now be present.

So log into the client workstation as an administrator and RDP and then logoff the client machine and then back onto the client machine as the user and RDP and that should take care of the issue?

Yes. It could be a problem of permission for printer driver's installation on terminal server.

The drivers exist on both client and the server, correct?
Terminal should be able to link the two together.
Make sure they are the exact same drivers n the client machine and the terminal server.

THe drivers are the same and I tried the administrator step above and it would not bring them in still.

Thanks
