I doubt it allows or we can do that.<br />
There are too many complexity to do this.<br />
Rather it is recommened to export all data of exchange to pst and then import back to excahnge, everyting can be done from server itself.<br />

So it better to setup everything clean, and then import all emails from pst. <br />
To do that you need exmerge, follw link given by ryabsoto above.

greenhacks, an SBS *will* allow the data to be migrated; you just have to use exmerge to do it. Transferring the actual database .EDB file to the new server would not be recommended, though.<br />

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately.
