Populate a pdf form using HTML form data then print pdf without viewing in browser

I am looking for some help on how to populate an existing pdf form that has data fields on it already, then print the pdf without it being shown in the browser. I have a html form that will be completed from prior pages, then the data collected is to merged with the pdf form. I am using IE on XP clients with IIS on a 2003 Server. I am not having alot of luck finding out how to print the pdf without viewing it first.

Any ideas on this??
