As far as I can tell - YES.<br />
Howerver the SAP sujpport website is not easy to use or very well organized wrt product names and updates.<br />
The Crystal Reports Developer R2 SP4 version is: 11.5.10.1263<br />
The Crystal Server R2 SP3 version is: 11.5.9.1076

I get the following security plugin error in when trying to connect to a Crystal Server Repository (R2 SP3) from bot an XP &amp;&nbsp;Vista box running the Crystal Reports Developer (R2 SP4):<br />
&quot;Security Plugin Error: An error has occured in the plugin, but the plugin is unalbe to return a detailed error message&quot;<br />
The Crystal Server is running on a Windows 2003 server and appears to be working fine. I can connect via the web interface to the CMS and InfoView just fine. I check the SAP support site but did not find any answers to this problem. My next thought was to reinstall the server but I would rather not...<br />

Crystal Reports Developer Security Plugin error when connecting to CMS

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface. Crystal Reports also supports subreports, graphing, and a limited amount of GIS functionality.
