Crystal Reports Developer Security Plugin error when connecting to CMS

I get the following security plugin error in when trying to connect to a Crystal Server Repository (R2 SP3) from bot an XP & Vista box running the Crystal Reports Developer (R2 SP4):
"Security Plugin Error: An error has occured in the plugin, but the plugin is unalbe to return a detailed error message"
The Crystal Server is running on a Windows 2003 server and appears to be working fine. I can connect via the web interface to the CMS and InfoView just fine. I check the SAP support site but did not find any answers to this problem. My next thought was to reinstall the server but I would rather not...

ASKER

As far as I can tell - YES.
Howerver the SAP sujpport website is not easy to use or very well organized wrt product names and updates.
The Crystal Reports Developer R2 SP4 version is: 11.5.10.1263
The Crystal Server R2 SP3 version is: 11.5.9.1076
I don't use server so I wasn't sure.  I agree, the SAP site is not very useful.
