Can't view external website from within SBS network

I couldn't find quite the right match in the archives, but this problem must be common. I don't know how to configure the SBS 2003 server to allow computers on its network to view the company's website, which is hosted offsite. From what research I've done, I believe I need to create a www A record on the server in the iss control panel to point towards the website's IP, which I've done. this hasn't solved the problem. What steps must I take to make this work?

Chris -Dent,

You are correct about the domain. Problem is, I've done what you suggest on the SBS server to no avail. And the odd thing is, when I direct a browser to go to domain.com within the office, it takes me to an odd sort of shell display, if you will, of the external website - it just displays the site's headers. So, it seems to take me to the right IP, but it renders the site incorrectly? Am I making any sense? Is there any information I can provide to make the picture more clear?

One more thing: I've yet to restart the server after adding the www A Record to the DNS. Might that help?

Doing what Chris-Dent suggested worked after a full restart of the SBS Server. Not sure if that's always the case for all SBS Servers, but it was in this case.

The most notable inclusions are Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint and ISA/TMG (Microsoft's firewall and proxy server).
