There are a few places to set the storage limit <br />
SMTP Vitual server<br />
Mailbox store<br />
<br />
Active directory users and computers overrides and default set on those other 2 places.<br />
<br />
Go into system manager and then into the mailbox store &gt;&nbsp;mailboxes and find this mailbox in question<br />
What is its size and then compare that to what is set in all those spots.

Under A/D Users, the users properties.. Excahnge General.. Limits.. it had use the Default.. I have switched it to a setting for this user to be 2000000 for warning and 2090000 for stopping.<br />

his size is 289,864.. well below the limit..

I have 4 users on SBS 2003 one user is getting a mailbox full (he got mailbox approaching limit for 2 days prior). not it is rejecting any new mail.<br />
<br />
I first increased the default storage size.. &nbsp;to 2gb and the warning message continued. I also tried to explicitly change the users limits to the 2gb, but the same issue.<br />

Any ideas why ? <br />
