Users mailbox not there, missing the "exchange features" tab.
I have one user in exchange that does not have a mailbox. At one point he says he did.
The "Exchange Features" tab is not available for this user
He is not listed in the mailbox store.
His addresses are listed under the "Email Addresses" tab
On the "Exchange General" tab he has an alias and an SMTP:username@aol.com address.
How can I correct?

Right click on user > Exchange Tasks > Create Mailbox or Create Email

The only options are:
Delete Email Addresses
Remove Exchange Attributes
Delete Email Addresses
Remove Exchange Attributes
Does this user currently have any Exchange settings. I guess my question is if you "Remove Exchange Attributes, and Delete Email Address" is there any loss the user might experience. It seems like he isn't getting any email anyways. Anyways, once you do that, you should be able to re-initiate Exchange Settings. You should basically get other options such as Create Mailbox, etc.
