As per the above question.
I have DOS commands to get the serial number and Make/Model, but not the prodcut number, which HP often need for warranty checking.
Any ideas?

That's an item hidden by HP and only them have this information. As soon as you provide them with the serial number they are able to retrieve, model - make - product and everything about your computer!!
