Postfix Warning errors on Centos 5.2

I am getting these warnings in my maillog:

Jul 19 15:49:33 li28-55 postfix/postfix-script[4001]: warning: /usr/lib/sendmail and /usr/sbin/sendmail differ
Jul 19 15:49:33 li28-55 postfix/postfix-script[4002]: warning: Replace one by a symbolic link to the other
Jul 19 15:49:33 li28-55 postfix/postfix-script[4003]: starting the Postfix mail system


I do not have sendmail installed and I cannot figure out why im getting this warning ?
