security issues related to macros in microsoft supplied templates

Every time I open Word 2007 and open a new document, i receive a warning related to
.... Microsoft Office 12\startup\dg_97.dot
the warning is related to security due to macros (I assume) in the template.  I know that I can turn off ALL warnings for ALL documents through the Microsoft Trust Center Settings (what a name!), but I only want to turn off warnings for the Microsoft supplied documents and templates.  How would I do that?
