CAnnot install network driver for a DELL Dimension 3100

Hello Experts,
I had to format and install win xp sp2 to a DELL Dimension 3100 desktop after a serious crash  (The computer simply would freeze after turning it on)
Then I went to DELL.COM and entered the TAG: FZ3PCB1
Once there I selected Network
And had four choices from which I selected only drivers. This is file R105478 that I downloaded.
It installs without problems. The thing is after installing I am still not able to ping or anything through the LAN.

There are other drivers also missing after format and installing windows like:
ETHERNET CONTROLLER                                                    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1064
PCI DEVICE                                                                           PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2668
USB2.0 PC CAMERA                                                            USB\VID_0e96&PID_CA02
VIDEO CONTROLLER (VGA Compat..)                                PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2582

I have the camera install CD but the other three drivers simply cannot get them.
Please your guidance. I have to solve this very fast.

Allthough we were hopeless, we did follow your advice and because of it we decided to follow the wire that happens to throgugh some walls. The thing is in the middle of the way we found a forgotten switch!! we turned it off and on. And problem solved. Of course I am relocating that swith to a safer place. This offices went through many hands before us. Thank you very much for your inmediate support and advice it gave us the push we needed.
