Managing Citrix Profiles

1- Can someone tell me if Load Managed Groups and silos are used in Presentation server farm 4.5? if so what are they used for?
2- when creating a share that holds user profiles on  the file server for citrix users, would it be enough to give Full control as share permission for everyone group or should I give write(Ntfs) permission for everyone group also.
3- when citrix user open Word document (published application) and creates a new documents and save it. how do I configure so that he will save it in the file server instead of presentation server or in its local machine.?

Thanks
Citrix

OK, first you create a share in the file server and name it for instance Profiles, and in active directory user properties /terminal services you put profile path as \\servername\profiles\%username%
I was asking what type of permissions(share and NTFS) you put on Profiles share so that each user can have their profile folder based on the username.created automatically the first time they logon to citrix server?
