I agree with schwertner's comment that it is better to use RUN_REPORT_OBJECT for running reports from forms.<br />
In Forms10g (also in Forms9i) there is rp2rro.pll, this library is from Oracle and you can use it for running report. You can see that it uses RUN_REPORT_OBJECT.
