What error message do you receive when trying to login to the DC?<br />

Have you tried logging into the local machine and removing it from the domain and then rejoining it back to the domain controller?

It could be a licensing issue, if yo have run out of Client access licenses, then this behaviour is common.

Check the event logs look under security you might see failures for the logon/logoff event.<br />
What do they say?<br />
What happens when the users try and login? &nbsp;Do they get an error message?

Can you login to the PC using the domain admin account?<br />

Can a user who can login to the network (using a diff PC), login to the affected PC?

Check your IPconfig /all and see if your prefered DNS server is an outside server. Your prefered DNS server should be internal DNS servers only.<br />
