I need a good piece of code which can display DHTML popup windows, but it also needs to be able to grey out the background in the browser. While the DHTML window is open, all the options in the browser must be locked out.<br />

I need a good piece of code which can display DHTML popup windows, but it also needs to be able to grey out the background in the browser. While the DHTML window is open, all the options in the browser must be locked out.
