I am not sure why you are writing about opening a new page inside a default web page and I suppose you didn't understand what are DWTs for.<br />

DWT is a template with all the content which is common to the whole your web site (in the simplest scenario). There you define e.g. your banner, menu with links, maybe some footer with copyright information etc. <br />
<br />
To each page you <b>attach the template</b>, and so it gets common parts. Common parts can not be edited from a page, but only from DWT (and so they stay the same for your whole web site). Again, it is the normal, simplest scenario... &nbsp;I suppose, attaching the DWT to a page is the step you've missed.<br />
<br />
As your page include common parts (e.g. menu, defined in your DWT) as well as its &quot;real&quot; content, there is no need to open another page inside the page.<br />
<br />
There are simple articles about working with DWTs in FrontPage, but they work in Expression Web, too. Expression web can do more :-)) but you didn't describe the need for it. The &nbsp;addresses are:<br />

If you have real need to open page inside a page, it can be done, too. IFRAMEs can solve your problem, but typical usage of IFRAMEs have nothing to do with links in DWT, which you've described...<br />

Sorry, I obviously did not explain the goal clearly. I understand what a DWT is intended for.<br />
On the DWT template I have a navigation bar. I have added a link to a page which is provided for another vendor (a paymnent sevice company). When you click the link it takes you to a specific page on the vendors web site created for my company.<br />
<br />
The problem is I want to keep the user &quot;in my site&quot; so to speak using the dynamic web template with the header and the navigation bar.<br />
<br />

Thanks very much for your input. It seemed to work fine. The only issue is that the target page is a &quot;nested&quot; page and the link through Iframe sometimes does not go beyond the first &quot;default&quot; page in the site.

From my point of view, the ideal way to include information from another web site is by use of some web service... But, this can be done if<br />

<ul>
<li>the source data can be accessed in some raw form (XML, not formatted) and<br />
</li>
<li>you have some advanced knowledge about server-side scripting, e.g. ASP. <br />
</li>
</ul>
Then your program (server-side script) generates a page using your data and data it gets from another site. <br />
<br />
I suggest you to stay with IFRAMEs for now, and take a look at weather forecasts and exchange rates which appear on many web sites. Most often they are integrated in web sites in the described way.<br />
