persistent connection with sql server

hi
how to write data in a sql server at every 500ms using vb.net while another application reads that data at the other computer as the database changes.

writing every 500ms - you will need a timer that will trigger the write operation
as long as your application commits it's changes, the other application can read them with no problem
the other application can also use read uncommitted isolation level and then the writing application does not have to commit
what are you trying to achieve?
