Just install WINS on the new machine, and setup a push/pull replication with the current WINS server.<br />
Then configure all machines to use the new WINS server. Once you're ready to demote and shutdown the old machine, just remove the WINS replication.

In WINS snap in on the right sight underneath the Server Status.<br />

When I click on the servers status the message is:<br />

Which would show it works.<br />

Cannot find the WINS server.<br />
