Outlook - show both "total number of items" and "number of unread items"

Hi,

In outlook 2003 you can choose to either show  "show total number of items" or "show number of unread items" of a folder. Is it possible (doesn't matters how, VBA, ...) to show BOTH  "total number of items" and "number of unread items" ?

Thanks

rt click the folder(eg.drafts,inbox)-->properties-->General-->select to show unread items. Then it shows in brackets.
Sametime you can see the total number of items in bottom.

Rahib:

How about trying these steps and see if this is what you need.
1. Go to the properties of an Inbox folder through a right click > Select the General Tab then check Show total number of items
2. Double click Search Folder > then Select Unread Mail

Here, you can view the Total number of messages in the Inbox folder at the same time you can also see the total number of Unread Messages in Unread Mail.

Try to check it out.

Thanks both, but I want to show the unread (in blue) SIMULTANEOUSLY with the total number (in green).
And this for all the folders (also the folders in my PST files), so not only the inbox...
