PC being rebooted automatically

Hello Experts,
I am using WinXP professional and I am having a problem with my PC since few days now. It works normal but all of a sudden it gets rebooted automatically in the middle of the work.
Please can someone advice if there is any specific reason why it is behaving like this?

thanks for your comment, i think you are right, there is a huge amount of dust inside it. i will make sure clean this up ....
and see if that works for a while
