Routing Group Error on Best Practices Analyzer

In running the Best Practices Analyzer Toll, I get the following error.

The nominated routing group master for routing group 'Exchange Routing Group (DWBGZMFD01QNBJR)' has been deleted. This may cause mail flow problems. Server name: CN=SVLA-XX1\0ADEL:87101793-e196-4dd3-96be-22d57700d0f8,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=Org,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=belair-llc,DC=com.

I have used ADSIEdit to check the settings and they are correct, even though they show as incorrect here.  I do not have any Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003 servers on the network or I would use their ESM, so ADSIEdit seems to be the only tool.  Correct me if there is still a way to use ESM on this server.

Background:  host 1 on hardware 1 was running.  We had a problem so we setup host 2 on hardware 2 and moved the maliboxes to host 2.  We built host 1 (after the original host 1 was removed from AD) on hardware 3.  It was removed (not correctly) from AD and re-added.  It seems to me there were issues because of the remnants o the original host 1 and its removal (even though it was removed by Microsoft support).

It is not an option to reinatall another Exchange Server so I need to find a way to do it in ADSIEdit.  Considering I have only reently introduced myself to ADSIEdit, I am hoping that there is a realy simple answer to this one.

Thanks.
Exchange

I believe I have resolved it by installing ESM (Exchange 2003) on a Windows XP machine.  I will know for sure when I test the theory after business hours.  Thank you.
