VMWARE WORKSTATION: Join xp guest to a domain

I am using VMWARE WORKSTATION 6 and 2 nics in my host xp pc.
1 nic has the ip 192.168.1.5, the other on has 10.0.1.11.

When I installed VMware, I forogt to enable the 10.0.1.11 card. Now, for the guest xp, I would like to join my domain 10.0.1.0. So I go to virtual network setting and add the 2nd nic to VMnet3.From the Ethernet setting, I configured the guest xp to use the card.

I can ping any server or station in the 10.0.1.0 network, however, I cannot join the domain. Here is the message I got in the attachment.

I tried with the host xp. I can successfully join the domain.
