Thank you KCTS.... I just did an ineverse test, I installed a VL media and put in the prodcut key queries the OEM key... the wizard installed normally... On the other hand, I just called Microsoft activation, they asked me to open a case in Microsoft support center it is supossed that they have the ability to change from VL to OEM keys.....

If you put the new media into the DVD and do an upgrade it will allow you to change to the OEM key. As with everything make sure you have a good back up. We have done this many times in our lab to production scenario.
