Microsoft, IIS 7.0, IIS 7.0, using actiTime application on internal website on port 8080

I have installed actitime 1.5 on a Windows 2008 server with IIS 7.0.  It is running on port 8080.  IIS default website is running in port 80 (as usual).  I can use the website from the server but not from other workstations on port 8080.  I can access default IIS website from other machines with no problem.  What do I have to do to access the actitime application from other machines in the natwork?  This is the only website running on this server other that the default website.  I do not care about the default website.  The only website I need in the actitime.
Microsoft IIS Web Server

Thank you very much.  That was it.  Windows 2008 has a firewall that only allows port 80 and 443 by default.  I created another rule in the firewall administration to allow inbound connection on port 8080.
