Hi In Outlook 2003 - Spell Check The "Ignore Once" and "Ingnore All" does not work buttons are dimmed

Hi In Outlook 2003 - Spell Check The "Ignore Once" and "Ingnore All" does not work buttons are dimmed.  Can not re-install Outlook running on Citrix.  I have re-created the citrix profiles on both local PC and on server.  When Outlook first starts get the following message "The spelling and grammar check is complete.  Text marked with "Do not check spelling or grammar was skipped"

There is a fix for this message in Word but I can not find the solution in Outlook ?
