Configure Exchange ActiveSync

I have upgraded my Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 SP2 and my Windows 2000 to 2003 SP2. I am trying to configure Exchange Activesync. My mail goes to a SPAM server then the Exchange 2003 Server. OWA works great. I do have a 128 bit certificate on he Exchange Server. I don't know where or how to configure Exchange ActiveSync. Thank you, Jim
