Is your data and time working fine in BIOS? If not, make sure they are all set correctly. Otherwise, I think you need to upgrade your motherboard BIOS to latest version. Then clear the CMOS. In addition if you are getting any errors in OS the you must install the latest drivers for AMT (need to contact the vendor or their website). I'm having the same problem on a Toshiba Tecra M9. Already updated the BIOS to v1.9, can't get into Windows, so unable to update any AMT drivers.<br />
Think I'll just be replacing the mainboard under warranty.

well im not giving it to toshiba<br />
i called them they told me to contact intel cause its a driver issue but intel says its not compatable with windows 7. i then look it up again and toshibay gives me all the drivers for windows 7. looks like its a driver that toshiba forgot about but i cant find another out there<br />

We have a toshiba protege m700. Recently it has begun to give us an Intel ME error message when the initial boot screen begins. I have looked at the CMOS and found the AMT disabled and have tried enabling it to no avail. Can someone give me an idea of how to resolve this error. I have tried several I have found out on the internet including reloading the current bios but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. <br />

Intel ME Error
