what do you use? hub or switch?.. what you do is replace all hubs with a switch.. because hub is a shared media which means if a network has a speed of 2MB and there are 10 computers, the available bandwidth is 2MB/10. but if you use a switch, all computer has 2MB bandwidth

also check you nic card configuration and make sure its set to auto sense you connection speed. &nbsp;if its set at a lower speed thats going to slow you down. &nbsp;Also if you switch to a switched network instead of a hub you can run your nic in full duplex mode makes it even faster
