Given the size of your company, I have two recommendations:<br />

1) enable 'content advisor' in internet explorer on each machine that is to have restricted internet access. &nbsp;the benefit to this strategy is that it's quick, easy to implement, and totally free. &nbsp;the downside it that it is not centrally manageable.<br />
<br />
2)If you have some old hardware laying around, setup an ipcop + dansguardian firewall/proxy/content filter. &nbsp;Again totally free minus the cost of hardware, but it is centrally manageable. &nbsp;Again easy as everything is available in prebuilt packages and 95% of the setup can be done through a web interface. &nbsp;there are also detailed instructions out there for setting it up.

Content filtering - Web Proxy for SBS2003

Content management (CM) is a set of processes and technologies that supports the collection, managing, and publishing of information in any form or medium. When stored and accessed via computers, this information may be more specifically referred to as digital content, or simply as content. Digital content may take the form of text (such as electronic documents), multimedia files (such as audio or video files), or any other file type that follows a content lifecycle requiring management.

Content Management

Servers are computing devices that are similar to desktop computers in that they have the same basic components, but are significantly different in size, configuration and purpose. Servers are usually accessed over a network, and many run unattended, without a computer monitor, input device, audio hardware or USB interfaces. Many servers do not have a graphical user interface (GUI), and are configured and managed remotely. Servers typically include hardware redundancy such as dual power supplies, RAID disk systems, and ECC memory, along with extensive pre-boot memory testing and verification.
