IE attachments in Outlook

We have a sales system at work that generates quotes which are then sent to sales reps in HTML format (through Internet Explorer) as attachments to e-mail (Outlook 2003).  We have one user who is constantly getting the following error message when attempting to open said sales quote:
"Can't create file:  Quote.html.  Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check  your permissions for the folder."

Here is my problem.  First, I don't know the default folder where said file would be created.  Once I do know that I can check the permissions, however, this doesn't happen with every Quote.html document she is sent, just some.

If I can get the question of the default folder answered, I may well be able to run with the rest myself

She does have permissions for this folder.  I also upgraded her to IE 7.0, and that didn't do the trick.  This is happening whether she upens the attachment from within the e-mail, or if she tries to save it to her desktop.
So simple that I didn't even think about it!
Was that the fix?

Simple, but we struggled for a bit trying to figure it out also.  One of our guys even opened a ticket with M$ and that sat open for a few weeks.

Do you think it's documented anywhere?  He11 no.  Couldn't find it anywhere.  Not even in the "troubleshooter tools."

Good luck.  ;-)
