How can I Add/Remove users in Active Directory and reflect that on certain distribution lists?
I'm running MS Exchange on Windows 2003 Platform. I actively add/remove users from AD and have to edit certain distribution lists over and over.
Is there a way to set up Active Directory so when I add/remove users, it will reflect on certain distribution lists so I don't forget?

The simplest solution is to use Query Based Groups...
OOppss....yes RUS is the one for updates....otherwise the moment you delete an account it gets removed....!

Can you explain RUS a bit more so I can set this up?
RUS stands for the Recipient Update Service.. you will find it listed in your Exchange System Manager.. It is what generates your email addresses when a user is created and updates your address lists. The links the person provided above are a good source of info if you are new to this
