Install SCCM 2007 on NT Domain

I want to install Microsoft System Configuration Manager on NT Domain.
I had a 2003 R2 SP2 with SQL 2005 installed.
Is it any risk or impact if i install the SCCM 2007? Thanks.

How about if only want to use SCCM to collect hardware/software data for windows 2000/xp/2003,
can i install SCCM at a 2003 server and install agents in clients?

Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.
