How do Cancel Calendar meeting in Public Folders that was schedulled by a staff
We not longer use the standard public folders to shcedule meetings, my IT engineer make some changes, so now the only way to make changes is via outlook calendar and so on, please see picture to give you an idea.

I need to delete an meetng from Public Calendar so another staff can schedulle her meeting instead.
You want to delete a meeting from a Public folder which is configured as a calendar --> You need owner permissions on that Public folder to be able to delete the meeting.
You want to delete a meeting from a calendar in a mailbox (which is a shared mailbox) --> You need "Full mailbox" access on that mailbox to be able to delete the meeting from its calendar.

I need to delete a neeting from public folder which I have admin rights, I just do not know how because we not longer just go to public folder calendars. My IT guy installled some updates to exchange from Microsoft so we can now see multiple calendars and see which ones are available by going to my outlook calednar and typing the public calendars.
