Connecting iPhone to Exchange using ActiveSync

Hello Experts,
I have a few iPhones that I need to connect to Exchange 2003 SP2 using ActiveSync. I currently have a few Treo 750's connected and they are working great with ActiveSync, but the iPhones are getting the error "Exchange account verification failed". Can anyone point me in the right direction?

change the slash from / to \. Don't use the slash under the numbers use the one in the symbols. Same thing happened to me.

I've had it set in the domain\username format and get the "Exchange account verification failed" message.

Yes, I just upgraded one of the iPhones to the 2.0 software and the others are the new 3G iPhones.

I figured out what I was doing wrong. It was in the SSL setting on the iPhone. I will award the points to you for your assistance.

The SSL option was enabled on the iPhone. I turned it off and the iPhone began working. To get to the setting you have to save the account and then go back in and edit it. Now that it is working, I will begin actually getting a certificate installed and then enabling SSL.
