My DC's are on different networks, 172.18.2.0, and 172.18.4.0.<br />
172.18.4.0 is the network using DHCP, when adding that scope to the .4 network, is there anything else to consider? Or will it work fine?

It will work fine just make the scopes non overlapping and you will be fine -<br />
<br />
Now your going to need to create 4 scopes 2 for 172.18.2.X &nbsp; on one server maybe 172.18.2.1 - 50<br />
and 172.18.2.60-100 on the other<br />

Then 2 scopes for the .4 network<br />
One scope on one server and the other on the second server
