Migrating a Domain Controller

Hello Everyone,
I need to migrate my domain controllers to some new servers, I'm wondering what the procedure is for this.

Awesome, so how do you replicate DNS to the new server, and what about DHCP?
You can do a backup of DHCP from one server to the other server and you can create secondary zone of primary DNS on the Second server.  The make it a master later after all is replicated.

Or for DHCP you can do a split zone

So I wonder if there is any downtime for the Exchange server if i do this in business hours ?
considering Exhcange server 2007 itself already become secondary DNS Server.
