This computer has a corporate image of XP that is used in all our computers. It has been in service for about a year and working flawlessly. There is no difference in everyday performance nor have I loaded any new software.<br />

I can't use the default settings because the onboard nic card must be disabled and unavailable and there is another setting that must be turned off to accommodate our image. Besides, the settings have not changed and it has been running and restarting for almost a year. No one has touched the battery since no one has access to this computer at any time other than me.

The computer runs fine but when Restart is selected, instead of restarting the computer simply shuts down and I have to use the power button to turn it back on.<br />

When Restart is selected the computer shuts down completely instead of restarting.
