Just remove the thumbnail files using windows explorer (file manager) from the directory where NERO is reading those files from, each time it runs. &nbsp;You might have to search the C drive for a certain file extension that Nero is reading -- or else they will all be in one directory. &nbsp;Snoop around the hard drive, locate that directory, and delete all the thumbnails in it.

Thank you for your suggestion. &nbsp;I tried using a unique name for my video to be burned and saved the project with a unique name also. &nbsp;Then I tried your suggestion for searching the hard drive. &nbsp;It appears that Nero does not save the thumbnails as a file but creates the thumbnail from the first frame of any video that is placed in the queue for burning. &nbsp;So, the solution will have to come from inside the Nero software. &nbsp;Any ideas?

Have heard from Nero on this problem. &nbsp;It appears that Nero 7 and earlier do not have the ability to remove thumbnails. &nbsp;You have to use Nero 8 or later.
