Hi,<br />
If you mean that users would have to upload the file themselves in a library, then copy the link and paste it in the hyperlink field, it wouldn't work for the client. It is much easier for the user to upload the file in the form. So there is no way to code something so the file is automaticaly saved somewhere else?<br />

In InfoPath, what are the possibilities regarding the file attachment location? By default, the file is included in the form so if the user wants to access it, he has to open the form. How could i specify another location (for example: SharEPoint document library)?<br />

How to change the file attachment location?

Microsoft InfoPath is a software application for designing, distributing, filling and submitting electronic forms containing structured data. The product features a WYSIWYG form designer in which the various controls (e.g. textbox, radio button, checkbox) are bound to data, represented separately as a hierarchical tree view of folders and data fields. All the data stored in InfoPath forms are stored in an XML format.
